FURTHER POLICIES

When a consumer purchases products, they are entitled to a 14-day reflection period, during which they may dissolve the agreement without providing reasons.

The reflection period commences on the day after the consumer or a representative designated by the consumer receives the product and notifies the seller.

During the reflection period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care, and only unpack or use it to the extent necessary to determine whether they wish to keep it.

If they decide to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must return the product with all accessories supplied, and if possible, in its original condition and packaging, as per the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the seller.

If a consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must inform the seller within 14 days of receiving the product via email at info@gamestate.com

After notifying the seller, the consumer must return the product within 14 days and provide proof of shipment to show that the goods were returned within the given timeframe.

If the consumer fails to inform the seller of their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal or fails to return the product within the stipulated time frame mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the terms of service, the purchase will be deemed final.

COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event that the consumer revokes their purchase, the entrepreneur is obligated to reimburse the paid amount without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of revocation.

This reimbursement is conditional upon the entrepreneur receiving the returned product or conclusive evidence of its complete return. The refund will be made using the same payment method employed by the consumer, unless otherwise authorized by the consumer.

If the product has been damaged due to the consumer's careless handling, the consumer will be held liable for any resulting decrease in its value.

However, if the entrepreneur has failed to provide all legally required information on the right of withdrawal before the conclusion of the purchase agreement, the consumer cannot be held responsible for any depreciation of the product.

Hence, the entrepreneur must ensure that all legally mandated information is furnished before the purchase agreement is finalized.

The entrepreneur reserves the right to exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for certain products, as outlined below. This exclusion is only applicable if the entrepreneur has expressly communicated this in the offer, and at a minimum, before the conclusion of the contract.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be excluded for products that fall under the following categories:

Products that are made by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications;

Products that are personal in nature and customized for the consumer;

Products that are inherently non-returnable due to their nature;

Products that have a short shelf life or are perishable;

Products whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market, which are beyond the entrepreneur's control;

Hygienic products that have been unsealed by the consumer.
