What is a Gamestate Playcard?

A Gamestate Playcard is your reloadable card for all arcade games at our location. You can easily load credit onto your card and play without the hassle of coins.

To which countries can the Playcards be shipped?

Playcards can currently only be shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to ship them to Poland or Slovakia.

How long are my credits and tickets valid?

Your credits and tickets are valid for 1 year from your last activity. After 1 year of inactivity, they will automatically expire.
